Return Policy & Fit Guarantee

We want you hitting better shots, not fighting your gear. This policy governs purchases made through exo-golf.com and applies in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 where applicable.

1. Perfect Fit Guarantee

Try your EXO glove on at home. If the fit is not right, we will exchange it for a different size, subject to stock availability.

EXO Golf pays

Gloves that have been used on the course, driving range, simulator, or during active play are not eligible for exchange under the Perfect Fit Guarantee. Trying the glove on indoors for sizing purposes does not constitute use.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused items returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns may exclude original shipping charges and any direct costs incurred in processing the return, where permitted by law.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to fulfilment for a full refund.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it falls under the standard return process outlined above.

5. Product Warranty

EXO Golf products are covered by the implied warranties provided under applicable consumer protection laws. If your product is defective, unsafe, or materially not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic ageing, misuse, improper care, excessive friction damage, or damage arising from use with abrasive cord grips or modified equipment.

6. How To Start A Return Or Exchange

1. Email hello@exo-golf.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will respond with instructions within 2 business days.

3. Return the item using the provided instructions.

4. Refunds or replacements are processed once the item has been inspected.
