At EXO Golf, we aim to provide clear and transparent shipping information so you know what to expect when placing an order through exo-golf.com.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed during normal business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During launches, pre-orders, promotional campaigns, or periods of high order volume, processing and dispatch times may be longer than usual.
Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-order products
Certain EXO Golf products may be offered on a pre-order basis before inventory is available for immediate dispatch.
Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders are displayed on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
Manufacturing, freight, customs clearance, and fulfilment timelines may affect final dispatch dates. We will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement, and may vary depending on courier performance and destination.
4. Delivery Responsibility

| Lost in transit | If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund where appropriate. |
| Incorrect address supplied by customer | Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. |
| Stolen after confirmed delivery | Where a package is confirmed delivered to the correct address, we may assist customers with courier investigations, but outcomes depend on the courier's policies and investigation findings. |
5. Shipment Tracking
Shipment confirmation and tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched or a shipping label has been generated.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on courier scanning times.
6. Split Shipments & Consolidated Orders
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all products are available for dispatch.
Customers who require immediate shipment of in-stock items should place separate orders.
7. International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by their local authorities.
These charges are outside our control and are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.
