Length: Measure in a straight line from the tip of your middle finger down to the first crease at the base of your palm, near the wrist.

B

Circumference: Wrap a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your hand, just below the knuckles (excluding your thumb). Keep the tape snug, but not tight.
